Shooting a gun really helped my business

The only person I ever shot
Yes, I have shot a gun. Yes, I have shot a person too. Wait!! Not a real person!!!! I shot the middle of the black and white Paper Person that hangs in the back of the indoor gun range.  It taught me something that I used to truly improve my business and change lives in a huge way!!

When I focused with all of my intensity on my target, I always hit it. When my mind wandered or I had no particular goal in mind or get this if I was willing to hit anything, I almost always hit nothing!  Just sent the bullet piercing through the air wandering aimlessly.

Many businesses are doing the same with no true focus on who they want to attract and what message they want to convey.  Personally,  I was coaching people, all kinds of people in the area of "life" and although the results were there, my personal fulfillment was lacking just a bit.  So, I used this gun analogy to narrow the target of my business and soon The Self Esteem Doctor was born, and as for my audience....

Working with people lit a match for me.  Working with professional women lit a bonfire. Working with teen girls?....caused an atomic explosion!!  I found my niche.  Teaching tools for increasing self-esteem and confidence to teen girls...BULLS-EYE!

And so the three tier SASOM Program was fine tuned.
1 - #SELFIE (Self Esteem Lessons For Individual Evolution)
(Read my blog about this revolutionary workshop)

2 - One-on-ones designed for teens and professional women (male clients are still welcome of course :-))

3 - The Sanctuary - a once-a-month motivational seminar that is free and open to the public

Networking and connecting with people, to teach them about my business, is a given - and sometimes I am asked to present about The Role of Confidence in Professional Women, which I am also happy to do. Check out my blog post about one of my favorite mini-presentations.
